1.     How can I track my order?

To track your order, provide our Customer Service team with your order number and they will provide you with the necessary information.

 

2.     Do you offer a free return service?

If you wish to return your order simply because you did not like it or it does not fit you well, a shipping fee of 50 SAR is ought to be paid by you. However, if you receive a damaged or a wrong product, you will be exempt from the return shipping fees.

 

3.     How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is worth 50 SAR. Whenever your total is above 500 SAR, VAT excluded, you will automatically receive free shipping. Do note that shipping fees do not include Taxes and VATs imposed by your country of residence. To know more about this please click here.

 

4.     How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, contact our Customer Service team, provide them with your order number and request a return. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the receival date. Products must be in their original state and packaging in order for us to accept return orders.

 

5.     When will I receive my refund?

Approved products will be refunded to the same bank account, with which the purchase was made, within 15 working days the least based on your bank’s processing time for refunds. Cash on Delivery orders will only be refunded as vouchers, which codes are provided to you by our team, and they are valid for 180 days and can only be used once.

 

6.     How can I use the voucher?

Log into the same account you’ve used when purchasing. Enter your voucher code in the promocode section when checking out to redeem your voucher. The voucher can only be used once, so make sure your new total is either equal to or higher than the voucher’s balance. Do note that the voucher is valid for only 180 days from its issuance date.

 

7.     What payment methods do you accept?

8.     Will my personal information remain confidential?

9.     When will I receive my order?

Delivery dates may vary according to the country you reside in.

·         KSA: 7 to 12 working days.

·         UAE: 3 to 5 working days

·         Global: 15 to 20 working days

·         Egypt: 6 to 8 weeks

Due to the current pandemic Covid-19 have caused Delivery dates might sometimes not be as accurate.

 

10.How do I select a payment currency?

The currency will automatically change according to the region you selected when shopping.

 

11. How do I place an order?

              For shopping and placing orders, you are advised to follow the steps below:

·         Choose among Men, Women or Junior sections from the top left menu.

·         Choose to shop by designer (Balmain, Gucci, Dior, etc.) or category (Clothing, Shoes, Bags, etc.) from the main menu.

·         After choosing an item, select a size then click “Add to cart”.

·         Once you’ve shopped all your favorite items, go to “cart”, checkout and proceed to fill in your payment and shipping information to finalize your purchase.
